Kelsey M. Dachman,

Executive Director and Co-Founder
Dr. Kelsey Dachman is a licensed behavior analyst and the Executive Director and Co-Founder of the Center for Supportive Communities. With over 15 years of experience as a clinician, educator, and researcher, she applies behavior science methodologies to drive socially significant change. She specializes in the prevention and treatment of complex behavior, with a unique focus on supporting justice-involved families. A strong advocate for children, Dr. Dachman is dedicated to helping communities develop the structures and support systems necessary to ensure every child has the opportunity to thrive.
Dr. Dachman earned her doctorate in Behavioral Psychology and master’s in Applied Behavioral Science from the University of Kansas. She completed her doctoral internship in behavioral pediatrics at Children’s Mercy Hospital Kansas City.
As an adjunct professor at the University of Kansas and Kansas City Kansas Community College, Dr. Dachman teaches courses in juvenile justice, rehabilitation, and youth development. She also supervises undergraduate and graduate practicum students, helping to shape the next generation of professionals.
